IntroductionThe 2nd High-Level Think Tank Forum for High-Quality Development of China-CEEC Local Cooperation, themed “Win-win Cooperation through Opening-up”, will provide a top-tier platform for Chinese and CEEC experts, scholars, government officials, and industry representatives to engage in dialogue about the high-quality development of China-CEEC sub-national cooperation. Through this forum, they will establish new consensus and explore new paths for China-CEEC cooperation under the current circumstances. The Forum will feature an opening ceremony, an achievements presentation ceremony, a policy forum, a think tank forum, and a sub-national cooperation forum.
