IntroductionThe “1+1+100” Fund Investment Alliance of Zhejiang Province was jointly initiated by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, Zhejiang Provincial Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., and 100 equity investment institutions. Its goals include creating a new Alliance, service platform, consultancy team, conference, and list of tasks. The Alliance’s “fund + investment” model is the basis for a smooth, convenient, targeted and efficient matchmaking mechanism connecting government capital, private capital, and promising business projects. Such a model would contribute greatly to local investment attraction.
