WARSAW, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- Poland's former Interior Minister Mariusz Kaminski and his deputy Maciej Wasik were released from prison on Tuesday night, after being pardoned by President Andrzej Duda for the second time.

Montenegro said it repaid $40.5 million (37.2 million euro) to China's Exim Bank to cover the sixth instalment of a loan extended for the construction of the Bar-Boljare motorway.
