April 18 (SeeNews) - Serbian logistics services provider Milsped said it has signed a contract on cooperation with China's Shijiazhuang International Land Port, establishing a direct railway transport line between China's Hebei and Serbia.
This means that instead of the previous route through Europe, freight trains will enable faster and more efficient transportation of goods directly between these two regions, Milsped said in a LinkedIn post on Wednesday.

April 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Atlantska Plovidba said it has decided to activate an option for the construction of a bulk cargo carrier with Chinese shipyard Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co. for an estimated total price of $32.5 million ( million euro).
The ship will be delivered in 2027, Atlantska Plovidba said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Friday.
