Bosnia’s Federation, Sinopharm to partner on 100 mln euro investmentDate: 2026-04-14    Source: SeeNews

Bosnia and Herzegovinas Federation government said it plans to partner with China Sinopharm International Corporation on a 100 million euro ($117.8 million) investment programme aimed at strengthening the entitys healthcare system.

The planned partnership envisages 52 million euro in investment in the Clinical Centre of the University of Sarajevo and a further 48 million euro in the Cantonal Hospital Dr. fra Mihovil Sucic Livno, the Federation's government said in a statement last week.

The entity's government will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sinopharm in the coming period, it added, without providing further details.

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic..
